The distinctive trade design of ALLSchools.com Network Member Sites has been developed and is owned exclusively by PWP, LLC, with offices in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.   PWP owns exclusive rights to this design. Established methods of proof of first use have been implemented to back up claims of creation and first use of the design. Copying this design is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent available by law. Elements of this unique and distinctive design include but are not limited to:

• A 100% width, colored or black top header (and matching footer) with the brand name in the center, it's network association in one corner and an animation of the benefits and features in another corner. The center element (the brand name) is offset vertically from the elements in each corner. The left corner, center and right corner elements have a background color which blends into the header.
• A scalable search page that has a "front and center" search area that pulls the readers eyes from the top banner down into the search area like a "tornado vortex". Some people say it forms a "V" or a "T". The search area is also horizontally in the middle of the screen with equal width table columns to the right most and leftmost areas of the screen under the header and above the footer.
• Scalable rainbow buttons made from a table not a graphic and matching color triangles for navigation that work together as an intuitive system. These buttons are placed in the left hand table column or just under the header on the front and content pages.

ALLSCHOOLS.COM NETWORK TRADEMARKS
Among our other trademarks, the "look" and "feel" of ALLSchools.com Network sites are also ALLSchools.com Network trademarks. This includes but is not limited to: layout, color combinations, button styles, the striking "V" or "T" styled search function, button/triangle navigation system, and all other graphical elements.

The ALLSchools.com Network sometimes receives requests from people to remove links from its directory. Relating to that, we state that:

For the most part, we consider that the vast majority of people who make information available on the internet do so with the idea in mind that the information will be publicly available to all people on the internet. We also believe that making links to publicly accessible internet pages is legally permissible given the common, customary expectations of those who make use of the internet as a communication tool.
